EXP Equations

All Experience Gain is based on the function NewRoll (x,y), where x is the BASE value, and y is the RANDOM FACTOR. A (20,20),gives you a range of 21-40 units of EXP. A (50,100) Will give between 51 and 150 units of experience. 500 units of experience is a full level. A level 10character will be between 256,000 exp and 512,000, and for a level 10 character a NewRoll(500,0) is 256,000.
