Buildings

All buildings except perhaps the Thieve's Den and Adamite Mine are vital to your empire's economy.
  • Houses provide living space for your population, military and scholars. Population pays taxes (2.5 gold per hour per population) and will be a portion of your empire's hourly revenue. Taxes are affected by tax bonus.
  • Lumber Mills produce Lumber (wood), you need lumber to build buildings, and you'll want to have a decent stockpile of lumber on hand, many offensive spells destroy buildings and your lumber supplies will run dry quite quickly if there are some angry magi knocking on your door. Wood production bonus will affect your lumber mill production.
  • Farms produce food for your people and military to eat, you need roughly .2 farms for every house. Shaman can readily destroy food stockpiles, so, be warned. Food bonus will increased/decrease your food production from farms.
  • Scout Towers serve two functions, one, they protect you from enemy spy and thief actions, up to 20% of your land in scout towers will maximize their effectiveness, they also produce one spy per hour for you to use in spying on other people (adjusted by your crime rate).
  • Thieves Dens, these simply produce 1 thief an hour (Adjusted by your crime rate). (above 5% will give you bonuses thieving/assassinating)
  • Mines, mmmm, Mines, these produce 400 gold and 80 iron each hour, quite simple (multiplied by your mining bonus).
  • Adamite Mines produce 400 Adamite an hour, which is useful for elven Bane Warriors and Goblin Dogmen (Adjusted by your mining bonus).
