For Druids, this caps at 0.045
non-Druids it caps at 0.035
Cecil's Root or Staff of the Healing boosts this nHealing by 0.01
On the WAR board, this nHealing will be at least 0.01 It'll bottom out at .02 on the Anarchy Board. (staff of the druid will be added to this minimum)
Defender Healing equation is the same so far...
Attacker Losses = 0.08 + (0-0.01 random) - (Offensive Resistance) - nHealing
If this value is less than 0.01, it becomes 0.01
nExtraTroops = 0.01-0.02 for no food + 0.01-0.02 for no houses, so up to 0.02-0.04
losses = (0.08 + (0.00-0.01 random) + nExtraTroops - (Defensive Resistance) - Defender Healing)
This "Losses" is then multiplied by dRatio... dRatio = attacker points / defense points, and cannot exceed 1.15
If the final result of this is less than 0.01 * dRatio, it becomes equal to 0.01 * dRatio
So, the defender equation, wth *no* healers, a attack that's 50% of the defender's strength will kill around 4-4.5% minus resistance...
